Mid Bega 2022-23 outlook |

During the preceding two months of the Bega, 2022 season, although the Bega’s dry, sunny and windy climate observed over most parts of the nation, the Bega season rain benefiting areas of the Southern Oromia and Southern Somalia; also in Central Oromia, some parts of the northwest, western and southwestern parts of the country received light to heavy rainfall from cloud cover. In the upcoming months (December 2022 and January 2023), based on the sea surface temperature and atmospheric conditions observed and analyzed for the last two months, the Bega’s dry, sunny and windy weather activity will continue over most parts of the nation. In association with this the night time and early morning cold air will increase in some parts of the country.  Back to List |
